The door to the bar has a sign that says they close at 11pm on Saturday but the bar tender said the bar had closed at 8 yet at 930 she was still there and said she would only serve us if we had cash. She wouldnt provide us we a reasonable answer why and it sounded like she was keeping the money for herself. We decided to leave before starting our game but were told after the fact that there were no refunds. Place was dirty and full of screaming children. I do not recommend if you want to enjoy yourself.
I'm a league secretary here so visit a minimum of 3 times weekly. There are 24 lanes for bowling and the kitchen is excellent. The prices are ok and it is open to the public.
Fun place. The girl that we got at the counter was a little rude but other than that we love it
The front desk lady acted like she did not know what she was doing or it was the fact that there were three people in line and she was overwhelmed. English did not seem to be her first language as I had to tell her 3 different times what size shoes we needed. She gave us one kids ball and decided not to give us another one for our second child.
The food service was good the prices were amazing. The facility of overall was very clean. We did wait when we initially got to the bowling lanes, I however there were at least seven lanes open. The Experience after we got checked in was amazing.
Visiting my son this weekend. This is the second time we have visited. Always have a great time. Customer service is quick and the facility is well kept. Will definitely be back.
