DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Don't bother calling the number listed. It is a persons cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail box this is full. I started calling on Monday of this week and got no one. Then I went to a different location on Gordon Hwy and got a car fairly easily. I have still been calling the number on this site every day three times a day and have gotten the same voicemail. It's Friday and still the same thing. Awful service.
We booked a car 2 weeks in advance and received a confirmation number for our car. It said we could pick it up at 9AM. When we landed at the airport we received a phone call from enterprise saying that they did not have a car available for us. This ruined are plans for our vacation. Not only did they not have a car for us, they said they would call me back asap and try to find one. I never received a call back. I feel they were very unprofessional and didn't act like they cared at all. What is the point of a confirmation number 2 weeks in advance. Thank god Hertz went beyond and did eveything they could and found us a car. Enterprise did nothing to try and make it right.
Horrible, don't rent, had reservations, no car then said my car would come from other location and pick me up, yet to show...2hrs later, never answered phone at this location or Gordon Highway location...bbb complaint will be in place on both.
What a joke. Booked an appointment online only to have location call and say nothing available except a vehicle twice the price. Call center employees and escalation managers are just as useless, and they claim they cannot are inventory and stock and will book your appt over the phone only to then transfer you to employee at the branch to tell them there is nothing and that your confirmation number is useless. Ended up getting a car from Hertz.
Reserved a vehicle. Show up, no vehicles at all. I had to wait an hour on the guy. I had a limited time off to see family and friends now I have to find The site basically lets you reserve vehicles they dont have.
