Amazing breakfast and housekeeping. Only complaint is they need better laundry equipment
We've only been here two days but so far it's been nice. It's a little outdated but spacious for a hotel room. Our room has two queen beds, tall ceilings and a small kitchen area with a microwave and mini fridge. Has breakfast and a laundry on site which is nice and is right in front of the commissary so we can literally walk to it. So far so good!
I stayed here twice in July 2016 and my first experience was decent. The room was older, but the location was the best part. Easy to go pick up my soldier, to go get food, and to go to the PX. Then during my second stay I was in another room where everything was damp, all the decorations, flooring, and room were pieced together, the room felt very dingy, and I couldn't even convince myself to get in the shower. The next morning the grass was being mowed outside and it was blowing into my room. This place really could use some remodeling because the location is great and has a lot of potential.
Sorry. Non refundable $75 for a pet is rediculous. Moving on orders and they rob military families with pets. I do understand that pets can be destructive but then do a refundable charge if damage is not done or charge card if it is. I have no choice to move and that's more expensive than the room rate and my pets are my family. I feel like they are making bank and taking advantage of families that have pets. Most military families have furry friends and they should make it more affordable. Red roof down the road is free for pets and about the same price and better to military than base lodging.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Building is old, but is still useable
